Each of our bags is a unique piece and is made with love in India. The staff hand-print the pure cotton fabric using wooden blocks. This process is known as block printing or screen printing. Every detail of the bag has been carefully considered, helping it stand out effortlessly from the mainstream.
Fair, resource-friendly, and with a creative spirit
The outer material is made of pure cotton, and the inner lining is made of matching soft cotton fabric. A small production facility in Jaipur, India, crafts the embroidered cotton bags under fair working conditions. The production process avoids the use of large machinery, which saves significant amounts of water and electricity. This resource-efficient process reflects the relaxed working atmosphere. We place great value on unique pieces created with love and a creative spirit – and which continue to be created with your support and ours.
Vegan bagsNo animal products are used in the manufacturing process, and the cotton fabrics are printed by hand with wooden blocks.
Resource-efficient
The production site thrives primarily on the uniquely beautiful block print process, which is a tradition in Jaipur. The staff hand-prints the motifs and patterns onto the cotton fabrics using large wooden stamps and natural, azo-free dyes. The production uses machines only on a small scale, such as irons and sewing machines, allowing the small business to save a great deal of water and electricity compared to larger production facilities.
