Small fabric scraps are transformed into colorful everyday companions – inspired by the traditional weaving art of Guatemala.
Traditional patterns, bold colors, and meticulous craftsmanship make each piece of jewelry a special one-of-a-kind item.
Every pattern is created at the loom.
Guatemala's traditional textiles are created on backstrap looms – a technique still used in many communities today. Individual threads are woven into complex patterns, making each piece a unique work of craftsmanship. Many bags are made from traditional huipiles, the elaborately woven Mayan blouses of Guatemala.

The people behind the fabrics.
We work with a collective of around 400 women, which is made up of 17 weaving cooperatives in the western highlands of Guatemala. This collaboration generates local income and enables the artisans to utilize their skills in a self-determined way.
TRADITION SHAPES EVERYDAY LIFE.
Textiles continue to play an important role in many Maya communities today, telling stories of heritage, family, and regional identity. The techniques are passed down from mothers to daughters and continue to shape the everyday life of entire communities to this day.
