Each of our bags is a one-of-a-kind piece, made with love in India. Our artisans hand-print the pure cotton fabric using wooden blocks. This process is known as block printing or screen printing. Every detail of the bag has been carefully considered, helping it stand out effortlessly from the mainstream.
Fair, eco-friendly, and with a creative spirit
The outer material is made from pure cotton, with a matching soft cotton lining. A small workshop in Jaipur, India, produces these embroidered cotton bags under fair working conditions. The production process avoids the use of large machinery, which saves significant amounts of water and electricity. This resource-conscious process reflects the relaxed working environment. We place great value on unique pieces created with love and a creative spirit – pieces that continue to be made through our support and yours.
Vegan bagsThe manufacturing process involves no animal products, and the cotton fabrics are hand-printed using wooden blocks.
Resource-efficient
The production facility thrives primarily on the uniquely beautiful block printing process, which is a tradition in Jaipur. Staff members manually print the motifs and patterns onto the cotton fabrics using large wooden blocks and natural, azo-free dyes. Production uses machinery only on a small scale, such as irons and sewing machines, allowing the small business to save much more water and electricity compared to large production facilities.
