The bag, made in Rajasthan, India, has been brought to life from hand-embroidered and antique textiles of the nomadic Banjara tribe, which originated in northern India with roots in Afghanistan and Mewar.

The Banjara were formerly a nomadic people who now live as farmers and gypsies in the villages of northern India. To this day, the women are known for the most complicated and magnificent embroidery in all of India. Some of the materials used come from the provinces of Gujarat and Rajasthan and are over 50 years old.

With great attention to detail and in colorful splendor, the bag was purchased under fair working conditions and can show small irregularities and wear due to its years of history. The upcycled shopper gives every look an exciting touch and brings a lot of joy to everyday life with its wide range of colors.
